The Scheme :
Quitting smoking made easy

Here's where we introduce you to "The Scheme". It's a simple schematic representing your first three days without inhaling poison. To keep you going, every day is divided into 6 4-hour periods. A little "you" is standing at the first stair, starting his way up to total freedom of smoking stinky cigarettes.

What to do?

Easy! For every period of 4 hours you did not smoke, you get to be creative. Take out your favorite crayon or pencil and color the stair "you" is standing on in a color you like a lot. Then - and here comes the tricky part :) - move "you" one step higher. Actually draw a little "you" on the next stair, being 4 hours closer to liberation. Moving "you" to higher, cleaner, brighter skies.

You will be amazed how easy you will get through the days. Cravings - which really only last 3 minutes - will become fewer and fewer and less intense. Your motivation to quit smoking will skyrocket.

O yes. We do realise this sounds way too easy. Quitting smoking is supposed to be hard work. Well, it's not. Read Allen Carr if you are convinced quitting smoking is the hardest thing you'll ever have to do in life. He'll convince you it is not. Then use The Scheme.

You can and you will quit smoking. Just take things 4 hours at a time. You 'll be amazed. And free. After only three days.
